Fauci Walks Free, But the Fight for Justice Is Just Beginning

The Reckoning Has Begun

Today was a day that many of our members have been praying for, fighting for, and never giving up on.

With Robert F. Kennedy Jr. finally confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Kash Patel at the FBI, and Tulsi Gabbard leading the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, we are finally seeing the pieces fall into place for real accountability.

This is a moment of triumph—a step toward exposing the truth and bringing justice for the millions who suffered under COVID protocols, policies, and mandates.

And yet, we cannot ignore the staggering betrayal that preceded it: the preemptive pardon of Anthony Fauci.

We warned this was coming. We fought against it. We knew those who enabled him would stop at nothing to protect their own.

Unlike the long-overdue J6 pardons, this pardon is not an exoneration.

It is an admission of guilt.

It is evidence that Fauci could never have survived real scrutiny—that the crimes he committed, a few of which we have documented in painstaking detail, were so severe, so inexcusable, that those in power felt they needed to shield him before the investigations even began.

But Fauci’s pardon does not erase the truth. It does not undo the suffering of the untold numbers of people who were murdered by hospital protocols—those who were isolated, denied life-saving treatment, drugged, ventilated, and left to die alone while their families were locked out. It does not explain how nonsensical, ever-shifting mandates were rabidly enforced, or why militarized propaganda and draconian censorship policies were used to terrorize and silence the victims of his policies and the protocols he forced on Americans to the detriment of all. It cannot compensate those who complied with his guidance and have suffered every day since as a result, or the families of those killed by the products he attempted to mandate on the world.

And it does not protect him from state-level prosecution.

These are not isolated cases. They are part of a pattern of action that we believe is evidence of crimes against humanity—one that we have documented in over a thousand cases and counting.

Fauci’s pardon was meant to shut the door on accountability—but we are not letting that happen.

State attorneys general must act now to investigate the hospitals, doctors, officials, organizations and institutions that carried out these atrocities. The leaders of public health organizations and the international entities that planned and dictated deadly policies must be held accountable.

Dismantling the Funding Networks That Made This Possible

For years, taxpayer dollars were weaponized against the American people, funding propaganda, suppression, and coercion.

Now, with the new administration moving to gut USAID and shut down this rampant fraud and abuse, we have a chance to end this cycle and prevent future atrocities.

But the work does not stop there.

We want to see every organization that profited from COVID tyranny, censorship, and human rights abuses held accountable. The institutions that dictated policies designed to harm and control the population must face real consequences. Losing government funding is a good first step - if your non-governmental organization cannot survive without taxpayer funds, you aren’t an NGO at all - but beyond that, eyewitnesses to COVID-related crimes against humanity demand accountability.
