I sent my letter to AG Paxton which may get there a bit late. I will send a similar letter tailored to the Maine AG to join the 22 states. He won't, of course, since Gov. Mills is as bad a governor as Walz, Newsom or Whitmer, but it'll at least be on the record (as with filing a complaint with the state medical board against the doctor who signed my wife's death certificate). I would suggest that we have a FFFF campaign to send letters to AGs in every state.
FFFF is being very judicious about our campaigns. Because each state has vastly different laws in each state, as well as vastly different ideologies in the hierarchy of the government we are very comfortable with letting attorneys in a niche group lead the way. In this case people like Paul Gardiner & Rachel Rodriguez have set up processes where they look at the state & it's leaders, decide if they will or will not be potentially receptive, then choose the ones that might. At that point, what is the legal structure in that state? Many people believe that the AG just need to convene a grand jury. In some states that could be the case, but what statutes in that state were violated? What is the wording in the statute that needs to be cited & how many cases do we think we have that we can point to that fit that category?
Well in TX, as an example, AG Paxton doesn't just convene a grand jury, because under TX law he can't arbitrarily do that. He has to have at least one DA who files documents with his office that says "this appears to have happened, it needs a grand jury". Then he can set it up.
Other states may not work that way. But in this case Rodriguez & Gardiner chose 22 counties that had DAs that had records that indicated they would likely take the allegations seriously. So the set up documents that outline the laws they cite in those counties that have been broken. I have not been in personal contact with either of these attorneys, my assumption is this letter writing campaign is designed to give AG Paxton an overwhelming push, that supports his need to be the lead state to push the envelope.
This is the long way of explaining why the FFFF hasn't lead the way on letter writing campaigns, because each state is so different. Can you do it on your own in your state? Round up your victims & do it. Make sure everyone documents for themselves what they sent to what offices & when. However, every victim must understand that although you can make a difference, don't expect to, if it happens, praise the Lord. But I firmly believe that every official in every state KNOWS what has happened, what is happening and their role in NOT making a move to stop it. Or worse, their role in starting it. They can justify it or pass it off as "not in my wheelhouse, call the office of BS over their", but it's all a deflection.
All this to say, that's why the FFFF hasn't spearheaded anything as of now (we did do a push against the FBI, which only informed offices that they are now on notice, you have reports in your system). If you go the chbmp.org, scroll down to the map, hover over your state & see how many victims have reported from that state. Even if you got everyone of them to write a letter will it be enough? We need more people to understand, "Covid may not have killed your loved one" and submit their stories. If we don't overwhelm the system we appear to be just bitter uniformed people that are looking for someone to blame. Make sure you are talking to everyone , encourage them to submit their stories. Encourage everyone to also talk to everyone, like a pyramid scheme, we have to build on our base.
I live in Texas but hospital murdered my mother in Bossier City, Louisiana. Very long story as they tried to throw us out but BPD took our side. When I received all of her records I sent a letter to democrat governor Edwards and their AG at that time and never heard back. I also sent a letter to Paxton about Fauci via the clot shot and God bless him…he did respond back to me and told me to be patient and that they are working on it. I went on his website and the guy amazed me with all of his filed lawsuits. I was so impressed with this man. Paxton is the bravest AG in the country. God bless him🙏
Depending on the time frame you tried to contact her, she hasn't kept it a secret so I feel comfortable sharing that she almost lost her 4 year old, wait for it...in a hospital. 24/7 protecting him from incompetence & negligence.
Also, they are filing in multiple states, each state has different laws, so filings have to be tailored to that state's laws & directed appropriately.
Please follow the request from Mr. Gardiner, every envelope is precious.
OMG, that is aweful. Bless her heart. I'm so glad that the baby survived!
Yes, of course, does he want Texas residents to write the letter? And what can I do to get my mother's case going as well? Sorry, I do not stay on the computer much except in the mornings or if I have something to do on it. Can you send me you guys email address and I will send you copies of everything I've sent so far regarding my mother and can I send it to you, assuming you are part of the FFG? Maybe you can lead me in the right direction. Do I need to try and contact Ms. Rodriquez again? My sister and I are just trying to move in the right direction. Thx so much.
I so much wish this ‘in hand writing’ letter would have been recommended a week or so ago to give many of us the time to get this posted and shared to others to make the impact you’re hoping. I will be glad to write this letter, I can’t promise it will arrive on the 28th day of August, since that is today and I just now was able to read this email about prosecuting Anthony Fauci. Excellent idea! Thank you!
Please do. Mr. Gardiner posted 5 days ago on the FB page, C-19 Widows/Widowers that want Justice, we made the executive decision to see if we could top off the pile of letters we hope are enroute. I am so sorry for your loss. 💔
Yes I sent 2 letters on behalf of myself and my brother along with Dad's story, even though I am from ILLINOIS, I wanted our voices heard.
Yes ! FAUCI needs to go down for Numerberg2. I will live out the rest of my days fighting for DAD!
