WHY FORMER FEDS GROUP FREEDOM FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THIS AMICUS CURIAE
Why That's Important To You.
Recently the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation has asked it's members to consider signing on to an “Amicus Curiae” document that will be filed with the Supreme Court of the United States as a supporting brief with an existing case.
First, the definition of “Amicus Curiae” as per American Heritage Dictionary.
Members of the Foundation include nearly a thousand people who have lost their loved ones to deadly government mandated hospital protocols under “Covid”, as well as people who managed to survive those protocols who still suffer the physical and psychological effects of their imprisonment in the hospital, the families of those who passed due to the “Covid-19 vaccine/boosters” and the survivors of that “vaccine” who live with the physical and financial damage sustained from the injection.
Everyone in these categories has sustained immeasurable loss, financial devastation, been ostracized from their families and/or peer groups and in many cases are sentenced to lifelong debilitating physical and mental pain.
Most of them feel that this is a result of government overreach, mandates and weaponized agencies that either surreptitiously directed the carnage or outright threatened and gaslit citizens to make them believe that laws supported the decisions that destroyed their lives and in many cases resulted in patients being tortured to death.
The case that the Foundation would like it's members to add their signature in support of is a January 6th case being presented to the Supreme Court. It is the Foundation's belief that the persecution of the defendants has been weaponized much the same as the victims that are it's members. Therefore, there is a link of sympathy to the plight of the January 6th defendants.
By signing on to the brief the Foundation members are in essence saying “I support this case as it is emblematic of the way I and my family have been victimized”.
The other accomplishment that is hopefully achieved is that the Supreme Court of the United States will then be presented with a brief signed by at least hundreds if not thousands of victims of the medical carnage of the “Covid” response by the U.S. and state governments. All left without legal recourse due to immunities issued by those governments. If any of these victims have to appear at the Supreme Court at a later date for resolution of their cases, the Court is informed in advance of their plight.
This filing is currently expected to be submitted on or about August 25, 2023. At this point in time there is hope that those who were unaware or unable to sign on can be added but it is not clear that this will be a certainty.
The link below will take you to the website for your submission. If you have NOT documented your story with Former Feds Group you can sign now and submit your story afterwards.
For those members who have documented their story the process is fairly simple, you will enter your name, as the person who reported the death or injury as it appears on your case, as well as the email address you originally used when you submitted your story. Once you submit that your loved one's basic data will appear on the next page as well as a space for your signature, then click submit.
